RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Viraya Design offers product that are handcrafted by skilled artisan. Hence we ONLY offer return and exchange in case you receive the product which is different from what you have ordered. Kindly note that a video of unboxing the package is compulsory for the product to be eligible for exchange, in cases of wrong product being delivered.

For return you need to call or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product on our support number which is 9217702717 make a clear unboxing video and send it to virayadesign12@gmail.com.Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Refund would take 7-10 business days and will be reflected in your account from the day we receive the package 

Cancellation Policy:

1. We can provide a full refund if cancellation is requested before your package is handed over to the courier service. 
2. Once the courier service has booked or your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
